2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment through our integrated Jane App booking link, you agree to adhere to our clinic policies:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and accurate demographic, contact, and health history information.

• Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your scheduled appointments.

• First-Time Forgiveness: We understand that illness, injuries, and emergencies happen. There are no fees applied to your very first late cancellation or missed appointment.

• Late Cancellation Fees: If a second or subsequent cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, a flat $40 cancellation fee will be applied.

• No-Shows: Entirely missed appointments (no-shows) without any communication may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service rate. These fees will be securely billed to your card on file via Stripe and cannot be processed through extended health insurance.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, text, and images displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of Hope Sewell Health and Wellness Inc. or its content creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any portion of our Site content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise the website’s security, transmitting malware, or submitting fraudulent booking inquiries.
